ORDER denying 137 Motion for Judgment as a Matter of Law; granting in part and denying in part 137 Motion for New Trial; granting in part and denying in part 137 Motion to Set Aside Judgment; granting in part and denying in part 137 Motion to Set Aside Verdict; granting in part and denying in part 138 Motion to Set Aside Verdict. For the reasons contained herein, defendants' motions to set aside the verdict, for judgment as a matter of law, and for a new trial are granted in part and denied in part. Specifically, defendants' motion for a new trial as to the compensatory damages awarded and as to punitive damages is granted. Defendants' motions for other relief are denied. SO ORDERED.
