For the foregoing reasons, Plaintiff's motion to dismiss Defendant-Intervenor Frontier from th e case is DENIED. Defendants' motion for judgment on the pleadings is GRANTED. The Clerk of Court is directed to update the docket to reflect James J. Wrynn as the New York State Superintendent of Insurance, replacing Eric Dinallo.
