MEMORANDUM AND ORDER granting 12 Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings. For the foregoing reasons, the ALJ properly considered Plaintiffs obesity as an impairment, correctly applied the treating physician doctrine, and provided the opportunity for a full and fair hearing.
