The branches of defendants&# 039; motions seeking summary judgment dismissing plffs' federal and state free speech retaliation and due process claims are granted and those claims are dismissed with prejudice. Since I decline to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over the re maining state law claims, those claims are dismissed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1367(c).
