ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS. This Court has reviewed the Report and Recommendation, and, finding no clear error, the Court adopts the Report and Recommendation in its entirety pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(l). Plaintiff's com plaint is dismissed with prejudice. The Clerk of the Court is directed to enter judgment dismissing this action and closing this case.
