OPINION AND ORDER granting 9 Motion to Dismiss. Dfts' motion to dismiss the complaint is granted, plff's claims for tortious interference with business relations (second cause of action) and specific performance (third cause of action) ar e dismissed with prejudice and plff's claim for breach of contract (first cause of action) is dismissed with leave to amend within 20 days from the date of entry of this order. Failure of plff to serve and file an amended complaint within 20 days from the date of entry of this order will result in the complaint being dismissed in its entirety with prejudice. SO ORDERED.
