MEMORANDUM AND ORDER Re: 30 Report and Recommendations, 24 Motion to Amend/Correct/Supplement. For the reasons set forth herein, Magistrate Judge Wall's R&R is ADOPTED in its entirety. Consequently, Plaintiff's motion to amend is DENIED. Defendant Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is ORDERED to provide evidence concerning its constituent members' citizenships in a manner consistent with this Order.
