This office represents the Plaintiffs in the above-referenced matter. Plaintiffs have been
served with Defendant's motion, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6), seeking
dismissal of Plaintiffs' complaint.
It is our understanding that there is no flrm return date or retum schedule set for
Plaintiffs' opposition to Defendant's motion. While our office continues to prepare Plaintiffs'
