OPINION AND ORDER; granting in part and denying in part 17 Motion to Dismiss; granting in part and denying in part 18 Motion to Dismiss. For the foregoing reasons, the Defendants' motions to dismiss are granted with respect to the breach of contract claims, and are otherwise denied in their entirety. In the event that they have already not done so, counsel are directed to contact the assigned Magistrate Judge for the purpose of entering into an appropriate discovery scheduled.
