ORDER: The arbitrator's Final Award is confirmed and petitioner is awarded attorney's fees pursuant to the Final Award in the amount of $283,381.21, plus interest in accordance with the Final Award. The Clerk of the Court shall enter judgment in favor of petitioner and against respondents in accordance with the Final Award and this Order and shall close this case. SO ORDERED.
