Defendants opposition to the pending motions is due October 14, 2010. The Court will hold a show cause hearing on October 19, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. The Clerk of the Court is directed to promptly serve a copy of this Order on the Plaintiffs, who have appeared pro se. Plaintiffs, in turn, must serve a copy of this Order upon Defendant by October 11, 2010, and then file proof of such service with this Court by October 12, 2010.
