The clerk shall close the case with docket number 10-cv-5816 and direct any further filings on that case to cv-08-3088. Th e additional claims plaintiff asserts against defts Allison Katrivanos, Sharon Weber, and the Legal Aid Society of Suffolk are dismissed sua sponte with prejudice for the reasons set forth in the order, dtd. 10/7/08.
