Nelson v. Nassau County Sheriff Department et al

Filing 7

ORDER granting 2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis - For the reasons set forth above, plaintiff's application to proceed in forma pauperis is granted and the complaint is sua sponte dismissed in its entirety with prejudice p ursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1915(e)(2)(B)(ii) and 1915A(b)(l) for failure to state a claim for relief. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this Order would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of any appeal. So Ordered by Judge Sandra J. Feuerstein on 5/15/2013. (Valle, Christine)
