[Docket Entry No.4]. Plaintiff was cautioned that his failure to timely comply would lead to the dismissal ofhis complaint without prejudice. !d. To date, plaintiffhas not complied with the order to show cause and has not otherwise communicated with the Court. Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed without prejudice. The Clerk of the Court is respectfully directed to close this case. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this Order would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of any appeal.
