MEMORANDUM AND ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS: The Court hereby adopts the R&R, for the reasons stated above, and dismisses each of Dingle's complaints. The Court also adopts Judge Pohorelsky's Report & Recommendation of January 22, 2014, and denies Dingle's motion to compel payment on the settlement agreement.
