CONSENT JUDGMENT in favor of Thomas E. Perez against Barry Dinneen Ltd., Brian Barry. Defts shall pay liquidated damages in the amount of $6,461.26 due certain employees set forth in Exhibit A. Payment of this amount will be made in the total amount by September 16, 2013 which is in accordance with the amounts due and date set forth in Exhibit c. Defts BARRY DINNEEN LTD. d.b.a. SULLIVAN'S QUAY and BRIAN BARRY, individually and as President, are enjoined and restrained from withholdin g the payment of a total of $12,922.51 ($3,932.50 in minimum wages and $8,990.01 in overtime compensation) due certain employees set forth in Exhibit B. Payment of this amount will be made in the total amount by September 16, 2013 whic h is in accordance with the amounts due and dates set forth in Exhibit C. Defts shall pay civil money penalties in the amount $924.00 no later than September 16, 2013. Payment shall be made by separate cashier or certified check[s] made payable to "Wage and Hour Division Labor" with "Civil Money Penalty- FLSA Case No. 1671549" written on the face of the check for $924.00. Payment of this amount will be made in accordance with the amount and due date set forth in Exhibit C. See consent judgment for further details. Ordered by Judge Sandra J. Feuerstein on 10/30/2013.
