ORDER: SO ORDERED that Serkov's claims are dismissed in their entirety with prejudice pursuant to Rule 4l(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure for failure to prosecute this action. The case is dismissed and the Clerk of Court is directed t o close this case. In accordance with Rule 77(d) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the Clerk of Court shall serve a copy of this order upon all parties, including mailing a copy of this order to the plaintiffs, and shall record such service on the docket.
