MEMORANDUM & ORDER: Before the Court are Plaintiff's motion for $30,576.85 in attorneys' fees and the Report and Recommendation ("R&R") from the Honorable Magistrate Judge Steven Tiscione, recommending the Court grant in pa rt and deny in part Plaintiff's motion. For the reasons below, the Court adopts the following portions of the R&R and grants in part and denies in part Plaintiff's motion. Upon a careful review of Magistrate Judge Tiscione's R&R an d the objections filed thereto, the Court adopts the foregoing portions of the R&R. Accordingly, Plaintiff's motion for attorneys' fees, ECF No. 29, is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part and Plaintiff's Counsel is awarded $18,500.00 in attorneys' fees. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to terminate the motions pending at ECF Nos. 29 and 33. So Ordered by Judge William F. Kuntz, II on 8/24/2022. (Yu, Stephanie)
