PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Plaintiffs named in the above-entitled action hereby voluntarily withdraw their claim for a judgment of actual damages exceeding three times the actual damages suffered by the Plaintiffs and the class pursuant to Sec. 349(h) of the New York General Business Law as same claim is set forth in the Plaintiffs' amended complaint dated June 26, 2007.
