IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the plaintiff's # 24 Motion for Summary Judgment on the issue of liability is DENIED. It is further ORDERED that the defendants' # 25 Motion for Summary Judgment dismissing the action is GRANTED. This document is amended as the # 43 Judgment contained a misspelling to the defendant's name. (mc)

summary judgment dismissing the action is GRANTED.

dated the 1st day of August, 2014.
Defendants Globalfoundries, Inc., M&W Group, and M&W Zander were previously
dismissed on 1/02/2013.
