It is further ORDERED that the defendants' # 25 Motion for Summary Judgment dismissing the action is GRANTED. This document is amended as the # 43 Judgment contained a misspelling to the defendant's name. (mc)

Defendants Globalfoundries, Inc., M&W Group, and M&W Zander were previously
dismissed on 1/02/2013.
