DECISION and ORDER. ORDERED that within fourteen days of the filing date of this Decision and Order, Defendant Justyn P. Bates, as State Review Officer, must issue a decicision on the Shenendehowa Central School District's appeal of the IHO 9;s December 2013 decision in accordance with 20 U.S.C. 1415 and N.Y. Education Law 4404. It is further ORDERED that the parties file a status report upon issuance of the SRO's decision or upon expiration of the fourteen day deadline set forth above, whichever is earlier.
