No. 23) is GRANTED; and the Court further ORDERS that the March 24, 2015 and April 20, 2015 orders of the ba nkruptcy court are AFFIRMED; and the Court further ORDERS that Appellant's appeal is DISMISSED; and the Court further ORDERS that the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of the Memorandum-Decision and Order on all parties in accordance with the Local Rules; and the Court further ORDERS that the Clerk of the Court shall enter judgment and close this case.
