AMENDED MEMORANDUM-DECISION and ORDER - That plaintiffs' motion for oral argument (Dkt. No. 28) is DENIED. That defendants' motion to dismiss (Dkt. No. 13) is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART as follows: GRANTED with respect to plaintif fs' unjust enrichment claim against United Defendants and the remaining claims against all defendants stemming from plaintiffs' investments made prior to August 2, 2010. DENIED in all other respects. That the Clerk remove Joseph Grasso, J r., Kevin Kearney, Monica Kearney, James Martin, Brenda Martin, Janice Wossowski, and William Wossowski, Jr. as parties to this action.
