No. 13) is GRANTED; and the Court furtherORDERS that Defendant shall issue a decision on Plaintiff's application for naturalization within twenty-one (21) days of this Memorandum-Decision and Order; and the Court further ORDERS that the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Memorandum-Decision and Order on the parties in accordance with the Local Rules.
