Google, Inc. That decision was handed down, and the remainder of the case has settled. Counsel for Google, Inc. and I have agreed on dates for submission of RESCUECOM Corporation's responding brief to Google, Inc.'s motion to dismiss, and for submission of Google's reply. RESCUECOM shall file its responding brief by September 19, 2005. Google shall submit its reply brief by October 19, 2005.
