Defendants' are hereby enjoined from enforcing amendments to the Disciplinary Rules of the Code or Professional Responsibility contained in N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. tit. 22, section 1200.6(c)(1),(3),(5),(7) and (g)(1), which took effect on 2/1/07. Further Ordered granting in part and denying in part the defendants' # 29 Motion for Summary Judgment, and granting in part and denying in part the plaintiffs' # 33 Motion for Summary Judgment.
