ORDER -- the plaintiff's 18 Motion to Compel is granted in all respects. The defendants shall pay $3,085.19 to plaintiff's on or before May 1, 2011, such monies representing attorneys' and paralegal fees and costs and disbursem ents caused by the defendants' failure to respond to plaintiffs' discovery requests, $2,943.55 in attorneys' and paralegal fees, and $141.64 in costs and disbursements for the time period May 3, 2010, through March 30, 2011. Defendants shall produce the requested records and appear for a deposition prior to May 1, 2011. If the defendants fail to comply with this Order, the Clerk shall upon receiving written notice of the same from plaintiffs, enter judgment, in favor of plaintiffs and against defendants in the amount $3,085.19, and may be found guilty of contempt of Court and defendant Land may be subject to arrest.
