DECISION and ORDER
Plaintiff Utica Mutual Insurance Company ("Utica") and defendant Fireman's Fund
Insurance Company ("FFIC") have submitted the depositions of witnesses Karen Halter and
Samuel Glover in advance of their use at trial in this matter. The parties have identified their
