JUDGMENT DISMISSING ACTION BY REASON OF SETTLEMENT: This action is hereby DISMISSED in its entirety without prejudice to reopening upon a motion of any party within 30 days of the filing of this order upon a showing that the settlement was not consum mated. The dismissal shall become with prejudice on the 31st day. Upon completion of settlement, the parties are directed to exchange general releases and a file a stipulation of discontinuance which must include the proper language with the Court.
