DECISION and ORDER
Pro se plaintiff Johnny Flores filed this action on December 22, 2014. On December
24, 2014, the Honorable Andrew T. Baxter, United States Magistrate Judge, advised by
Report-Recommendation that plaintiff's complaint be dismissed in its entirety with prejudice
pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B)(i-iii) as frivolous, for failure to state a federal claim,

2. The Clerk is directed to enter Judgment accordingly, serve a copy of this
Decision and Order upon plaintiff in accordance with the Local Rules, and close the file.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
