On March 28, 2012 Mediator George H. Lowe met with counsel and the parties in
Ogdensburg. A variety of issues were discussed, and a schedule for inspections was
agreed upon. A status conference call between Mr. Lowe and counsel is scheduled for
May 14, 2012 at 9:30 a.m. Plaintiffs’ counsel is to initiate the call, and Mr. Lowe can be
