WHEREAS, Defendants filed a Motion to Amend their Answer on February 17, 2012
(Dkt. No. 105);
WHEREAS, on March 12, 2012, Plaintiffs' opposition to Defendants' Motion to Amend
the Answer is due by April 6, 2012 and any reply is due by April 20,
2012; and
WHEREAS, the Parties continue to engage in settlement discussions and paiticipated in a
mediation with The Honorable George Lowe (Ret. ) on March 27, 2012,
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between
the patties, that the time for Plaintiffs to file their opposition to Defendants'
the Answer and the time for Defendants to file their reply,
if any,
is adjourned sine die.
