Voder v. Morristown
Dear Judge Lowe:
We write in response to the Court's inquiry of last Friday, January 20, as to whether Plaintiffs
have a religious objection to having their depositions be audio recorded.
We conferred with Plaintiffs, who informed us that they need to consult with Bishop Mose
Miller before providing an answer. Bishop Miller, however, is traveling after a death in the
family and cannot be reached. We will provide the Court with a response as soon as he returns.
Sincerely,
Russell L. Hirschhorn
