Report-Recommendation and Order for clear error, it is hereby
ORDERED that the Report-Recommendation and Order (Dkt. No.
16) is ADOPTED in its entirety; and it is further
ORDERED that the Commissioner’s decision is REVERSED and the
case is REMANDED pursuant to sentence four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) for
further proceedings in accordance with the Report-Recommendation and
Order; and it is further
ORDERED that the clerk of the court serve a copy of this order upon
the parties in accordance with this court’s Local Rules.
