By ReportRecommendation dated December 3, 2008, the Honorable Randolph F. Treece, United States Magistrate Judge, recommended that plaintiffs' request for Class Certification be denied without prejudice with leave to renew in the event that plaintiffs obtain an attorney to represent them in this matter. Plaintiff Mauren Jerome Ashford has filed timely objections to the report-recommendation. -4- Based upon a careful review of the entire file and the recommendation of Magistrate Judge Treece, the Report-Recommendation is accepted and adopted in all respects.
