Petitioner seeks t o challenge a conviction reached in Washington County Court l o c a t e d in the Northern District of New York. The Court finds that t h e Northern District of New York would be a more convenient forum f o r this action because all of the records relating to the p e t i t i o n e r ' s underlying criminal conviction are located in that district.
