CONSENT DECREE AS TO VITOL S.A. ONLY in favor of plaintiffs against Vitol S.A. in the amount of $ 2,150,000.00. The Settling Defendants consent to the entry of this Consent Decree without further notice after the comment period specified in Paragraphs 19 and 20. Within thirty days of the Plaintiffs' receipt of payment as set forth in Section V above, Plaintiffs shall request that the Court dismiss this action as to the Settling Defendants with prejudice pursuant to Fed.
