OPINION AND ORDER (PUBLIC Version): Having considered the parties motions and their copious submissions, and for the reasons contained herein, it is hereby: ORDERED that NYSE's motion for summary judgment that all asserted claims of the 877 Pate nt are invalid is GRANTED; ORDERED that NYSE's motion for summary judgment that all asserted claims of the 002 Patent are invalid is GRANTED; ORDERED that NYSE's motion for summary judgment of non-infringement of the 877and 002 Patents is DENIED; and it is further ORDERED that Papyrus's motion for summary judgment of infringement of the 002 Patent is DENIED.
