LETTER addressed to Judge Denny Chin from Scott James aka Kemble Scott, author of the novels SoMa and The Sower dated August 10, 2009 re: I'm a published author whose work is at stake in the proposed settlement for The Authors Guild et al., vs. Google, Inc. I'm not a lawyer, so you'll have to excuse my lack of legalese, but... this deal stinks. Please put an end to it. It's wrong on so many levels. (rw)
