LETTER addressed to Judge Denny Chin from Isabelle Jeuge-Maynart dated 9/3/09 re: I am a citizen of France and the legal representative (president) of Editions Larousse SAS; As a European publisher, Editions Larousse objects to the proposed settlement and strenuously urges the Court to reject it due to the significant unfair and inequitable effects that it will have on all non-US Authors and Publishers.
