OPINION AND ORDER re: 411 FIRST MOTION for Attorney Fees Notice of Motion filed by Andrew St. Laurent, 404 MOTION for Attorney Fees and Costs filed by Howard J. Gale, Steven Ekberg, Robert J. Siegel. Accordingly, IT I S HEREBY ORDERED THAT Defendants shall pay $440,940.00 in attorneys' fees and $14,107.54 in costs to the Original Counsel and $168,775 in attorneys' fees and $9,141.97 in costs to the Harris O'Brien Counsel.
