OPINION AND ORDER: #98440 For the reasons discussed above, the Citco Defendant's motion for sanctions is granted in part. While litigants are not required to execute document productions with absolute precision, at a minimum they must act dilige ntly and search throughly at the time they reasonably anticipate litigation. All of the plaintiffs in this motion failed to do so and have been sanctioned accordingly. the Clerk of the Court is directed to close this motion (Docket No. 248).
