OPINION AND ORDER re:#98561 322 SECOND MOTION for Partial Summary Judgment filed by Anthony J. Stocks, Kieran Conroy, CITCO Fund Services N.V., Declan Quilligan. It is for Congress, not this Court, to extend SLUSA's "in connection with&qu ot; requirement to apply to untrue statements concerning the purchase, sale, and holding of shares of unregistered hedge funds like the Funds at issue here. Accordingly, the Citco Defendants' second motion for partial summary judgment is denied. The Clerk of the Court is directed to close this motion (Docket No. 322). SO ORDERED (Signed by Judge Shira A.
