OPINION #97349 : Granting in part and denying in part 28 Motion for Summary Judgment; denying 25 Motion for Sanctions. For the foregoing reasons and to the extent set forth above, plaintiffs' motion for sanctions is denied and the Port Auth ority's motion for summary judgment is denied in part and granted in part. Remaining for trial are plaintiffs' disparate treatment and retaliation claims.
