OPINION AND ORDER re: 18 MOTION for Default Judgment as to all defendants filed by The Colburn Family Foundation. For the reasons set forth in this Opinion and Order, Colburn's motion for default judgment is GRANTED. The Court refers t he parties' dispute regarding the amount of payments in default to Magistrate Judge Ellis. The Court also requests Judge Ellis to determine the reasonable value of attorneys' fees to be awarded to Colburn in enforcing the parties' Settlement Agreement.
