REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS: For the reasons noted, we conclude that plaintiffs are entitled to recover $7,200,00.00 as disgorgement of profits from the sale of counterfeit Choe products, as well as reasonable fees and costs. Plaintiffs may serv e and file an affidavit with a summary of the costs and fees associated with prosecuting this proceeding and contemporaneous time records by no later than 7/31/09.
