Plaintiff Arista Records LLC is owned by Sony Corporation, which is publicly traded in the United States, and Bertelsmann AG, which is not publicly traded. 2. Plaintiff Atlantic Recording Corporation's ultimate parent, Warner Music Group Corp., is publicly traded in the United States. 3. Plaintiff BMG Music is owned by Ariola Eurodisc LLC, which is not publicly traded, and SONY BMG MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT, whose ultimate parents are Bertelsmann AG, which is not publicly traded, and Sony Corporation, which is publicly traded in the United States. 4. Plaintiff Capitol Records, Inc.'s parent is EMI Group PLC, which is publicly traded in the United Kingdom. 5. Plaintiff Elektra Entertainment Group Inc.' s ultimate parent, Warner Music Group Corp., is publicly traded in the United States. 6. Plaintiff Interscope Records is a subsidiary of Vivendi Universal, S.A., a publicly held French company. 7. Plaintiff LaFace Records LLC is owned by SONY BMG MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT, whose ultimate parents are Bertelsmann AG, which is not publicly traded, and Sony Corporation, which is publicly traded in the United States. 8. Plaintiff Motown Record Company, L.P.'s parent is Vivendi Universal, S.A., a publicly held French company. 9. Plaintiff Priority Records LLC's parent is EMI Group PLC, which is publicly traded in the United Kingdom. 10. Plaintiff SONY BMG MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT is a joint venture owned by USCO Holdings Inc., BeSo Holding LLC, Ariola Eurodisc, Inc., Arista Holding, Inc., and Zomba US Holdings, Inc., none of which is publicly traded. Its ultimate parents are Bertelsmann AG, which is not publicly traded, and Sony Corporation, which is publicly traded in the United States. 11. Plaintiff UMG Recordings, Inc.' s parent is Vivendi Universal, S.A., a publicly held French company. 12. Plaintiff Virgin Records America, Inc.'s parent is EMI Group PLC, which is publicly traded in the United Kingdom. 13. Plaintiff Warner Bros.
