STIPULATED PROTECTIVE ORDER regarding procedures to be followed that shall govern the handling of confidential material, pursuant to Rule 26(c) of the Fed.R.of Civ. P. is hereby entered. This Order shall be applicable to and govern all depositions, documents produced in response to requests for production of documents, answers to interrogatories, responses to requests for admission, and all other discovery taken pursuant to the FRCP and other information furnished, directly or indirectly, by or on behalf of any party or nonparty in connection with this action which that party or non party designates as Confidential.
