was retained to act as local New York counsel for defendants/counterclaimants, LIME WIRE, LLC, LIME GROUP, LLC, MARK GORTON and GREG BILDSON in the above matter. We ceased representing Mr. Bildson two years ago and he is no longer a party to this action. 3. Our clients have changed counsel and are currently represented in this matter by

Bromberg & Newman, P.C., and the individual attorneys of the firm who may have entered an appearance in this matter, to withdraw as counsel. 5. Accordingly, I respectfully request that Porzio, Bromberg & Newman, P.C., and

the individual attorneys of the firm, including Joseph Maddaloni and myself, be permitted to withdraw as counsel for defendants/counterclaimants, LIME WIRE, LLC, LIME GROUP, LLC and MARK GORTON. As previously noted, defendant GREG BILDSON is no longer a party to this action. 6. Granting this motion will not cause any delay in the proceedings as the above-
