STIPULATION AND ORDER: IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by and among the undersigned counsel for all parties that the original Defendants and the Counterclaim Plaintiff will serve and file a corrected copy of Defendants Lime Wire, LLC's, Lime Group, LLC's, Mark Corton's, and Greg Bildson's First Amended Answer to Plaintiffs' First Amended Complaint and Lime Wire's Restated First Amended Counterclaims within two business days of the entry of this Order, and that the corrected copy of the first Amended Answer and Restated Counterclaims will supersede the erroneous version filed on August 16, 2007, and shall be treated as if filed on August 16, 2007.
